To deliver this life-enhancing project, Destination Florida needs to raise £450,000 for every trip!
This is a significant amount of money which requires a substantial fundraising effort on the part of our dedicated pool of supporters.
It also involves meticulous planning to make sure everything goes smoothly.
To ensure the children are well looked after, both medically and emotionally, the charity takes a mobile hospital of 110 people on each trip.
This includes doctors, nurses, physiotherapists and adult helpers, and lots of meticulous planning to make sure everything goes smoothly.
Could you raise the £2,200 per person needed to send a child or member of the mobile hospital team on a trip?
Would you be able to donate £30 to provide a day’s spending money for one child? This could allow them to buy a much-loved toy from a theme park.
Donating £500 would create a bite-sized hole in the daily food bill at the hotel and theme parks.
A £15 donation would purchase a US visa for one child. If you could donate £1,125, this would cover the cost for all 75 children.
